Our Lifeline Service With Fall Detector combines reliable and easy to use technology in your home linked to our UK based 24 hour Contact Centre with the addition of a fall detector to offer greater reassurance that help can be summoned in the event of a fall from height.  The service is provided on a monthly rental basis and consists of the following:

  • Reliable home alarm base unit connected to your telephone landline
  • Vibby Fall Detector can be worn on a wrist strap or as a pendant around the neck. In the event of a specific type of fall the Vibby Fall Detector will automatically place a call through to our Contact Centre, It can also be used as a traditional emergency button to call through to us whenever help is required.
  • 24 hours, 365 days a year Contact Centre based in the UK with staff ready to help and reassure you at the touch of a button
  • Maintenance and repair of any faults with the supplied equipment
  • Battery replacement

Installation Options

  • Customers located in DY, WR, HR and GL post code areas can take advantage of our full installation service from our team of friendly and highly trained Installers at a charge of £45 (plus VAT if applicable)
  • Self-installation is available at a charge of £20 (plus VAT if applicable) to cover setup, configuration and delivery.  Easy to follow instructions are provided.  
    Please note - You will need a working telephone landline to plug the alarm unit in to plus a mains outlet within 2 metres.

      Key Purchase Information

      Supply Basis
      The Lifeline Service with Vibby Fall Detector is supplied on a rental basis.  The equipment is owned and fully maintained by us including battery replacement. 

      Ongoing Rental Payments
      After the initial subscription period, ongoing monthly payments of £28.90 per month (plus VAT if applicable) will be taken by direct debit.

      Minimum Contract Period
      There is no minimum contract period.

      What Happens After The Order Is Placed?
      One of our team will contact you within 2 working days of your order being placed to confirm the details, obtain additional information to allow us to set up the service and arrange for delivery/installation (where offered).  If you haven't heard from us within 2 working days you can call us on 0345 130 1469 during normal office hours.
