Isolation Support Care Package
Our NEW Isolation Support Care Package helps provide communication, 24/7 support and a daily proactive well-being phone call. This is a very comprehensive package for £12.49 per week plus installation
- Reliable home alarm base unit connected to your telephone landline
- 24 hours, 365 days a year Contact Centre based in the UK with staff ready to help and reassure you at the touch of a button
- A daily well-being call from one of our Contact Centre operators to make sure that everything is OK
- A MyHomeHelper tablet computer to provide diary, reminders, news, Information and video calling. Full details of MyHomeHelper available here.
- Customers located in DY, WR, HR and GL post code areas can take advantage of our full installation service from our team of friendly and highly trained Installers at a charge of £45 (plus VAT if applicable)
- Self-installation is available at a charge of £20 (plus VAT if applicable) to cover setup, configuration and delivery. Easy to follow instructions are provided.
Please note - You will need a working telephone landline to plug the alarm unit in to plus a mains outlet within 2 metres and a WiFi Internet connection.
Key Purchase Information
The Isolation Support Care Package is supplied on a rental basis. The equipment is owned and fully maintained by us including battery replacement.
Ongoing Rental Payments
After the initial subscription period, ongoing monthly payments (£20.11 per month) will be taken by direct debit.
Minimum Contract Period
There is no minimum contract period.
What Happens After The Order Is Placed?
One of our team will contact you within 2 working days of your order being placed to confirm the details, obtain additional information to allow us to set up the service and arrange for delivery/installation (where offered). If you haven't heard from us within 2 working days you can call us on 0345 130 1469 during normal office hours.
